WELCOME TO THE FOOD SERVICE WEBPAGE!

There is a critical link between nutrition and learning.  Teachers and principals have said it for years:  hungry children can’t learn.  Children who aren’t hungry feel better, learn better, and behave better.

Knowing what their bodies need for good nutrition and having access to nutritious school meals empower children to make healthy food choices now and for the rest of their lives.  The cafeteria is a learning laboratory for practicing nutrition education learned in the classroom.

Duluth Edison Charter Schools partner with Lancer Hospitality to provide students with well-balanced, healthy and tasty breakfast and lunch meals each day.  Refer to our Nutritional Page for specific information about the foods we serve.

Questions about the menu can be referred to Jeff Everett, Director of Food and Nutrition with Lancer Dining, at jeff.everett@duluthedison.com or by phone at 628-0697 ext. 3004.
